| A clear vinyl overlay is placed on the outside of the vinyl binder over your selected printed sheets. The clear vinyl seals in the printed sheets so they cannot shift placement and cannot be removed. The printed sheets can be spot color printed or four color process printed depending upon the nature of the project. | ||
