Founded in November 1981 in Charlotte, North Carolina, Binders, Inc. is a full-service custom packaging and custom office supplies company. Our evolving product portfolio has grown over the decades from exclusively offering custom binders to adding complimentary products like index tabs, certificate and degree holders, restaurant menus, document holders, easels, presentation folders, custom office supplies and specialty packaging. We serve a wide range of industries like finance, healthcare, legal, education, religious institutions and general business. We also serve as the production office for many speciality products and printing companies where we produce their custom product orders and “blind ship” direct to their end customer, so our trade partners can focus on what they do best – selling the next customer.

We maintain low cost, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities with an emphasis on quality control and a dedication to total customer satisfaction. Many of our team members have over 10+ years in the custom products industry. Our goal is simple: match the price of big box retail with much better quality, while providing professional support and the convenience of a seamless online shopping experience. We strive to do this while delivering products customized to the customer’s specifications.

Binders, Inc. is planning continued growth from investment into innovative products and enhanced online capabilities that drive relevance with our existing customers and market share gains from new customer acquisition. Our 2022 acquisition of Visual Products Inc in High Point, NC dramatically increases our production output capacity, provides access to exciting new packaging and specialty products and increases our team size with knowledgeable, dedicated and experienced packaging professionals.
