Multimedia packaging
A great way to draw attention to your CD/DVD or loaded flash drive. Polyethylene clamshells, Printed CD/DVD mailers, flash drive mailers, and clear view CD/DVD cases are available in a number of shapes and sizes and can be customized to reach your desired goal.

Doc holders & tote boxes
Showcase your design and product while offering more capacity than a standard pocket folder. They are also available in a large array of paper stocks, including FSC certified, and can be film laminated for durability. Expandable or rigid totes come in all standard sheet sizes but we can customize to your needs. Use custom tab dividers to organize your tote or die cut windows to showcase a design element. Plastic handles, swivel handles, velcoin and elastic loop closures all make carrying the document holder or tote that much easier.
Specialty packaging
Adds visual appeal whether you are promoting a new product, website, company, or competing on a shelf. Our custom packaging displays your logo and graphics on the outside and keeps your product secure on the inside with specially designed die cut trays if needed. These boxes can be designed to hold any shape or size product and can have pressure sensitive pockets, CD pockets, CD hubs, leather, cord or plastic handles, as well as snap & strap, velcoin or magnetic closures. There are several options for your custom graphics when doing a specialty box:
- Litho wrap your four-color graphics printed and gloss or matte film lamination for durability. Choose from an array of papers, including FSC certified and recycled
- Turned edge you can choose from a large assortment of casing materials including cloth, real & imitation leather, or vinyl coated paper. Screen print, deboss or foil stamp to achieve your desired look.
All materials are glued to 100% Post consumer graphic board.
Poly tote boxes & envelopes
Along with paperboard boxes & totes, poly totes & envelopes are another great way to showcase your design and product. Choose from an endless assortment of packaging ideas in either polyethylene or polypropylene.
Poly boxes and envelopes are extremely durable and designed to stand up to rough treatment, extreme temperatures as well as dirt and water.
These custom boxes and envelopes are perfect for presentations, product marketing and training kits. We can customize your totes and envelopes with 4-color process screen or offset printing, as well as foil stamping, embossing, or debossing.
A number of closure options are also available – tuck tabs, latches and half-moons. Plastic handles make carrying your product easier. Select a set of custom polyethylene or polypropylene tabs to accompany your design.
Other
- Swatch headers. Vinyl or cased headers are available. Headers can be designed to hold any size sheet, envelope, chip holder or price pocket. Plastic handles, rope & cord handles, as well as leather handles available to make carrying your header easier. Snap & strap closures are available to keep the content of your header safe. - Envelopes. Vinyl envelopes and flight bags can be manufactured from any of our standard vinyl colors. These products can be screen printed, debossed or foil stamped to add a custom touch to your project.
- Vinyl chip holders. Chip holders are made from clear vinyl with sealed compartments to hold different types of sample chips such as wood or metal. We can customize to fit your needs. Add samples to your 3-ring binder or header by allowing us to drill for you.
- Price pockets. Price pockets can be manufactured to fit any size cards and made from any of our standard vinyl colors. Screen printing and hole punching are available.
- Vinyl headers. Choose from any of our standard or special vinyl colors and imprints. Screen print, deboss or foil stamp for a custom look. Padded board will add screw posts & caps are available up to 5″ and can be added onto with 1″ extension posts for a larger capacity header. Click here to see custom headers.
- Turned edge headers. Cased headers can be produced from a 4 color litho sheet with 1.2 gloss/matte film lamination or from one of the many casing materials that we carry.
