Specs:
4 1/2″ x 10 1/4″ closed. Full pocket and flap. Custom design each panel with your own art in Portrait or Landscape format.

Economy print (limited):
Prints in your choice of one standard Document Folder ink color on one standard Document Folder stock. No heavy coverage or large solid blocks of ink. Copy must remain 3/8″ in from all edges. Print in any location on the flap, face or pocket. Second side printing (inside of flap), additional standard ink colors or non-standard PMS ink colors are available for an additional charge.

Four color process print:
Prints on your choice of 12 pt. C1S Marble Crush White or 12 pt. Semi-gloss White stock with GLOSS aqueous coating or 80 lb. Smooth White uncoated. Print in any location on the flap, face or pocket; bleeds allowed. Second side printing (inside of flap) is available for an additional charge.

Foil stamp on 100 lb linen stock:
Stamps in your choice of one standard foil color on one standard 100 lb. Linen stock for Document Folders. One area, up to 36 square inches, in any location on the flap, face or pocket.

Emboss on 100 lb linen stock:
Embosses in your choice of one standard 100 lb. Linen stock for Document Folders. One area, up to 36 square inches, in any location on the flap, face or pocket.

Art:
Follow art guidelines and submit art on template (Adobe InDesign).

Stock:
Your choice of one standard stock for Document Folders. See color chart. Additional charge for other stocks.

Production:
10 working days. Schedules can often be adjusted. Tell us what you need.

Business card slots:
Additional charge on Economy Print Document Folders. No additional charge on Four Color Process, Foil Stamp or Emboss Document Folders. View template. Optional, request when ordering.

Proof:
PDF or color digital available upon request.

Closure options:
Hook and Loop or elastic band closures can be added for an additional charge.

Packaging:
Pocket glued at both sides. Ships final folded. Packaged up to 500 per box. 23 lbs. per box.
